I love the strap of the bag. It has a wide range of adjustable lengths and is comfortable to wear, sitting securely on the side.
The bag rests well on the front or side of my body if not overfilled and I can adjust the length of the strap. However, I always get the metal buckle on top of my shoulder which is not too comfortable.

From the first day, the zipper did not work properly. The teeth were not sealing no matter how much I tried to work on it, indicating poor quality.
I am disappointed with the quality of the bag as the stitching around the back zipper came loose quickly and the back zipper pull has completely come off within 2 months of purchase and cannot be repaired.
As soon as I placed my items in the bag, the zipper broke.
