I had piles of undissolved powder at the bottom of my water bottle while taking 20mg and 5mg doses.

I can feel the supplement working. It should dissolve into water and come with a scoop to measure out the dose.
I had horrible digestive problems while loading, so much so that I had to cut my typical loading dosage from 20 mg down to 10mg and eventually to 5mg.
There was no scoop in the bottle, making it nearly impossible to get an accurate dosage. The powder also does not dissolve well.
