I bought cheaper Creatine Monohydrate and it went right through me. I can only load 5g per day and did 15g today with no effect. I've been wanting to load Creatine forever but the side effects were unbearable.
I recommend taking one scoop (5mg) a day instead of doing a loading phase with 4 scoops a day for a week. It may take a few weeks to build up the level in your system, but it's worth avoiding explosive diarrhea.
