About MuscleTech Cell-Tech Creatine HCl Powder
Overall Feedback:
75% positive
74% found the consumption safe, whereas 26% were concerned
After researching the product, I have concluded that creatine use is safe for most people, but not for those with a history of kidney or liver issues or any other health issues.
Buying substandard supplements can seriously harm the body and even lead to hospitalisation in extreme cases.
I consumed the recommended dose of creatine and got sick on Wednesday with muscle aches, running a fever, and a massive headache.
82% were impressed with flavor and taste, yet 18% weren't
I mixed crystal light lemonade mix with the supplement and it tasted like a good glass of lemonade.
I put 1 scoop of creatine in my smoothie and can't even taste it. The supplement's taste is not as bad as I thought it would be.
I noticed that the supplement has a strong citrus-acidic flavor, despite being marketed as unflavored.
I find the new unflavored version of the creator to have a slightly sour taste and it limits the mixing options.
76% liked the ease of storage
The product dissolves better than other creatine in the same price category and is completely invisible in water.
76% appreciated the dosage and serving size, but 24% didn't
I use a scoop and a half per workout and find comparable results to the normal 5g dose of regular creatine.
I had to estimate the dosage of the supplement as I couldn't find the scoop. The dose (1.8g/serving) is approximately 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon.
I mistakenly assumed that one serving of the product was 5 gm, but it turned out to be 1.5 grams, causing inconvenience.
After researching the product, I have concluded that creatine use is safe for most people, but not for those with a history of kidney or liver issues or any other health issues.
During the loading phase, I suggest taking around 20g of creatine per day and then reducing it to 5g for maintenance.
