I placed the transfer tape over the permanent vinyl project and rubbed it with pressure using a plastic squeegee tool. The cut design had some fine swirling lettering, and with slow movements, I was able to pick it up with only minimal bits that did not lift off on the initial effort. Focused rubbing on the transfer tape over those parts of the design solved this issue.

I have found that this vinyl is not durable and has some cons. It does not work well with small details and lacks adhesive, causing small bits to scatter during cutting. Even when weeding around the border or large cuts, the vinyl pulls away from the paper. It also does not seal well and tends to pull off the blank. I have tried three different products to deal with this issue, but the vinyl still does not adhere properly.
