About Waterdrop RO Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System
80% praised for its modern design, though 20% found it bulky
For installation, I need a 1/4 drill and a few hand tools.
80% found it easy to clean
There is very less cleaning required for the product.
The new system allows me to easily access the filters independently, making it quicker and easier to change them. The older system was a chore and always resulted in water spills.
The filters are extremely easy to change with just an easy twist on the front, and you don't even have to shut off the water.
77% found it easy to install
The installation was the easiest I have ever done and it was user-friendly. The elegant package requires little to no cleaning and the water tastes clean.
Installing the product is simple, but it may be a challenge without an existing hole in the granite/stone countertop or faucet area.
81% liked the fast water flow rate, but 19% experienced slow flow issues
I have complained about the reduced flow rate of filtered water despite changing the CB and CF filters. I have ordered an RO filter, but it will take three months to receive it. Currently, all the lights are blue, but it takes a long time to fill a glass of water due to the small flow rate.
I had high nitrate levels in my well water and was using an old RODI with a tank. I decided to upgrade to a newer high-flowing system.
82% liked the quiet operation, but 18% noticed a loud humming sound
The pump is much quieter than I imagined it would be. I can barely hear it while the cabinet doors are closed and it only runs while the faucet is on.
The installation was easy and the noise level of our system is very low.
Whenever I use the unit, there is a slight humming noise that is barely noticeable with the cabinet door closed.
The water flow is very slow.

77% praised for its superior purification, but 23% noticed lingering taste issues
The product reduces >90% TDS as advertised, but the transient high TDS is not mentioned in the description or manual.
I tested the water coming out of the old RO system and the water straight out of the kitchen faucet before replacing the system. The old RO system with old filters measured at 19 PPM and the water out of the faucet measured 158 PPM. After replacing the systems and flushing the new one per instructions, the water coming out of it after it was flushed was 26 PPM. The display gauge at the unit was showing 27 PPM which was close enough to my meter so I didn't worry about it. However, the next morning I tested the water again and the unit display was still showing 27 PPM, but my meter displayed a red warning and showed filtered water was 128 PPM. At that point, I called the manufacturer and explained that the water was way above drinkable levels and was told that it gets better over time, more you use it, better it filters water. However, this has not happened with any other RO systems I purchased in the past, so I decided to return it. Not knowing how much longer and how much more of wasted water it would take before water was ok to drink was a deal breaker for me.
After changing the filters, our product's performance deteriorated.
Every time I turn on the tap, the ppm count increases and it's quite frustrating.
82% like the perfect size and weight
The RO filter stacks with other carbon filters and is small.
The filter size is about the size of a desktop computer tower and fits neatly under the sink.
This system's wonderful feature is its small size compared to most traditional reverse osmosis systems.
