The product is easy to install, well made and filters water 5 times faster than my last one.
I loved the ease of installation of the filter and adapter that came with it. I was going crazy looking for it but found it at the base of the filter.
I am dissatisfied with the design and build of the countertop-water-filter. It is a failure of design and cheap manufacturing.

With our well water and iron and copper pipes, the filter effectively cleans the water.
The filter needs to be changed every 6 months and it is not more expensive than some pitchers. Although, it is said that the filter is hard to change. I will edit my review after changing the filter in 6 months if I have any trouble.
