I love the clean and classy stainless steel design of the product, and most of all, the excellent quality filtration system that removes pathogenic bacteria, VOCs, parasites, lead, mercury, E-Coli and much more. It is also easy to use and takes up a small amount of counter space.
I tested the water and found that it removes the junk, tastes good, and makes great coffee. It is also built like a tank.
Due to the design of the black filters, the top water tank never fully empties.
