I think the microwave housing gets hot and insulation could have prevented it.

I received a warning that the appliance was overheating. I unplugged it, moved it 2 more inches out from the wall and had no problems after that.

After 3.5 months of usage, the turntable is making a grinding noise.
For small loads, the turntable makes a weird grinding noise, but not for very light and heavy items.

I have found the machine to be versatile with many uses, including air fry, cook, bake, convection, microwave, and defrost. Based on my experience, I can say that it is easy to use and efficient.
The bake mode is useful when a large oven is not required and the convection mode is great for recipes that require it but I don't have one otherwise.
The convection oven does a nice job of cooking/baking/roasting etc.

I was specifically looking for the largest interior unit I could find and this machine met my expectations. It has a large interior and is great for cooking bigger dishes, such as pizza.
My only issue with the product is its depth, which takes up more counter space than a normal microwave.

I have found that this microwave cooks everything perfectly with awesome texture using a combination of different methods, and it's faster than traditional cooking methods.
The microwave heats and cooks fast and evenly.
In this oven/microwave/air fryer, things take a couple of minutes longer to cook.
Our product doesn't reach the supposed set temperatures, which is pretty obvious because our recipes and cooking time tables are suspiciously long.
