Cleaning the blender is very easy. I usually clean it by giving the blades a good rinse and a dry, and clean the cups as I would any other cups.
I can easily clean the countertop-blender by putting a drop of dish soap, turning it on for a short time, and rinsing it.

I gave 3 stars for durability due to slight leaking problems, which I think is because the blade doesn't line up on the motor correctly.
I have purchased three nutribullets and they are not well built. If someone is okay with throwing away and buying new ones on a fairly regular basis and having to replace parts regularly, then it is okay. However, it is not a durable product.
The product broke in less than 8 months, indicating poor durability.
After two weeks of usage, the locks on the lids are about to break.
