Vicks BabyRub, Chest Rub Ointment with Soothing Aloe

I found this rub easy to use on my baby before naps and at bedtime. It soothes my baby and helps her breathe better. The scent is refreshing and calming.

I use Vicks baby rub on myself when I'm sick at night because it's safe for my daughter when she breastfeeds and is against my chest.

The rub works well on me when I get congested and I sleep well.

I still rub it all over their chests/back but I also put a generous amount on the soles of their feet and put a pair of socks over that. Lots of people only put it on their feet but I still do both, even if you are skeptical like me, it doesn't hurt to try...especially since it works (at least for my twins) and if it is something that might help your sick child sleep better, who wouldn't try it : )
