The weight limit of the core-abdominal-trainers is 250 pounds, so keep that in mind while purchasing.

I would have preferred a collapse option without twisting the knob lock forever. They should have included 2 pull knobs on the side to just pull and release and collapse it. This comes from my user experience and includes specific information about the design flaw.

I find the machine a bit awkward as getting into position can be tough. It is also small and low to the ground, so a taller/bigger person may have trouble with it.

I wish the upper foam rollers were adjustable as it is a tight fit for me to get my legs in there to do sit-ups.
This machine is effective in working out my mid section and has helped me see a little more tone and definition in my abs. It's better than doing sit ups or crunches on the ground as it forces me to use my muscles when lifting up.
