When rear facing, the car seat tends to slip and lay back more than I would like because there is nothing in the back to keep it in place.

The seat has a nicely padded design with a perfect angle for rear facing and doesn't cause my head to rest at an awkward angle when I fall asleep.
I have not experienced the comfort of the seat myself, but my 1.5 year old grandchildren have not complained and look content when in the seats.

However, installation can be tricky and requires the use of a pool noodle or towel.
