I am frustrated that the angle adjuster was not included with the seat, which is an essential accessory for adjustability.
The design is difficult to install and adjust. The base strap frequently jams, making it impossible to tighten or loosen it any further. The buckles are finicky to click into the standard car mounting points. The upper strap of the seat does not hook well.
The headrest slides down slowly, making me uncomfortable over time. It's not easy to adjust it back up.
