This car seat has an impressive feature where the height of the shoulder straps never needs to be manually adjusted as I raise or lower the headrest. The top of the harness automatically rises and the straps lengthen as the headrest is raised, and the straps automatically shorten and tighten back up as the headrest is lowered.
The shoulder straps automatically adjust by clicking one button on the top to adjust the back piece.

The car seat has many cushions for the growing baby/toddler and several adjustments with visual cues for guaranteed proper set-up.
