I have not experienced any irritation or discomfort in my eyes since switching to Kirkland from my previous solution.
The hydrogen peroxide attacks whatever might grow on my contacts and the bubbling of the hydrogen peroxide as it reacts with the catalyst at the bottom of the contact storage container provided fills me with a sense of bubbly clean freshness that makes my contacts last sometimes nearly twice as long as they should.
I experienced irritation and dryness in my eyes while using the old solution throughout the day. However, I have not experienced any discomfort since using Kirkland, indicating that Kirkland has better freshness of contact-lens-soaking-solutions.
