I am impressed with how easy it is to clean the grill. The product description says that everything except the temperature control can be placed in the dishwasher, but I have not found it to be necessary to do so.
I cleaned the grill with hot water, mild detergent and a sponge. It was easy to clean and removed all the grease from the grill.
It is very easy to clean the grill after grilling. It can be cleaned with the spatula that comes with it in no time.

I have shared a detailed guide on how to clean the grill immediately after cooking. Drizzle/pour water across the rear edge of the grill, followed by wiping it down with a damp paper towel. This removes about 80% to 90% of the stuff on the lower grill. The last step is a final wipe down when the grill is cool.
