I am happy with the trackball as it has high dpi and a large ball. It allows me to look at something on a page and reflexively move my index and middle finger over the ball, and the cursor appears right where I am looking.
The trackball fits my large hand well and is super smooth. It also has adjustable resolution for hi-def screens.
