About Nulea Wireless Ergonomic Trackball Mouse
Overall Feedback:
96% positive
88% appreciated the adjustable settings
I adjusted the trackball sensitivity and found the best setting for me after a few tries with an easy-to-use interface.
On the Gravi, I can engage the left button on a vertically higher position which is closer to my palm and requires less of a clawing gesture for left click than on the M505.
96% liked the easy connectivity
This trackball has 2 Bluetooth settings for dedicated connections to 2 separate devices and a dongle for a 3rd device. Dongle-less Bluetooth is a better option than using a USB port. The 3 connection options allow for built-in switching between 3 computers without moving a dongle or USB cord.
The trackball has a 2.4G USB receiver and can connect with Bluetooth.
The connection supports multiple devices without losing connection and is quick.
94% liked its durability, but 6% experienced wear and tear
The rechargeable battery is a great feature for this trackball mouse and should be standard for all devices.
For me, the most important aspect is the ergonomics of the trackball, which are beyond my expectations.
I couldn't find any specific information about the durability of computer-trackballs in the review.
The coating of the trackball picks up oil quickly, which raises concerns about the mouse's long-term durability.
I am concerned about the durability of the trackball, specifically the rubberized material coating. It may degrade and become sticky after a few years, based on my experience with other similarly coated peripherals in the past.
79% liked the quiet operation, but 21% found it noisy
I use the trackball in a different way than most people and it is working just fine for me.
When I move the laptop with the red ball, it falls out and hits the floor.
After using the mouse for a couple of weeks, my wrist and forearm are hurting worse than when using a standard mouse.
80% praised the high-quality sensor, while 20% experienced accuracy issues
The Elecom trackball has a flat design with a soft rest for my palm and a large ball that makes it easy to move across a 4K monitor screen without much effort.
When I move the trackball with my laptop, the red ball falls out and hits the floor. It's frustrating and time-consuming to find and recover.
I would prefer a smaller trackball like the Kensington Bluetooth SlimBlade Trackball Mouse Wireless K72281US, which has Bluetooth connectivity instead of RF, saving me a USB port on my Dell XPS 18.
