About Kensington Expert Wireless Trackball Mouse (K72359WW)
Overall Feedback:
92% positive
95% appreciated the adjustable settings, but 5% found them limited
After adjusting my mouse, I can use it for 12 hours straight without experiencing any cramping or pain.
I want to adjust the pressure required to trigger the buttons.
I cannot adjust the trackball for a refined movement.
81% liked the easy connectivity, but 19% found it difficult
I trusted the Bluetooth connectivity on the wireless version of the trackball, but noticed a delay in my work which mattered when working quickly.
88% liked its durability, but 12% experienced wear and tear
The trackball's lack of durability is a deal-breaker for me.
95% appreciated the comfortable grip
This trackball is designed so that your hand can rest on it and move more freely, without the need to grip it.
87% liked the quiet operation, but 13% found it noisy
The noise while scrolling is annoying.
The clicking noise of this trackball is the loudest and most annoying I have ever experienced, and it is not acceptable in a quiet work environment.
During quiet hours, the loud grinding noise of the scroll ring made from cheap plastic material is quite irritating and feels rough when used.
I find the noise of the scroll wheel unpleasant. It has a sandy plastic grinding sound and gritty lag, even when it isn't catching on something inside the mouse body.
I noticed that the noise level is not from the rollers, but from the plastic bearings rubbing against plastic and metal.
OR
The noise level is not from the rollers, but from the plastic bearings rubbing against plastic and metal.
The device has better ergonomics and supports a better wrist angle than the original Trackman. It's like a wired version of the Logitech MX Ergo, which has a more ergonomic, vertically angled base than the original or the MX570.
Sometimes I accidentally activate the side buttons when positioning the mouse on my desktop. This could be a problem for users who cannot adjust the trackball according to their preference.
The wheel is a great addition to the trackball, allowing for easy scrolling without strain.
