About Kensington Expert Trackball Mouse (K64325)
Overall Feedback:
92% positive
94% appreciated the adjustable settings, but 6% found them limited
I suggested that the device should have an adjustable front-to-back angle and a more ergonomic design.
I would like to adjust the pressure required to trip the buttons.
I had an adjustment period and had to relearn how to rest my hand on the mouse due to pain and cramping.
I am unable to adjust the trackball for a precise movement.
80% liked the easy connectivity, but 20% found it difficult
I am experiencing a Bluetooth connectivity issue with the device where it disconnects and reconnects intermittently.
I trusted the Bluetooth connectivity on the wireless version, but there was a delay in my field of work which really matters when working quickly.
The connection with the included transceiver is not reliable, and it is worse with Bluetooth.
88% liked its durability, but 12% experienced wear and tear
I have had to replace the trackball four times in a year due to its lack of durability. Additionally, the clockwise scroll ring rotation and primary button clicks have become erratic.
94% appreciated the comfortable grip
I recommend this trackball for people with larger hands as it allows fingers to remain relaxed and stretched out, instead of curling them up trying to remain on buttons that are too close together.
87% liked the quiet operation, but 13% found it noisy
The clicking noise of this trackball is the loudest and most annoying I have ever experienced. I am used to a quiet work environment and find the noise coming from the buttons absolutely unacceptable.
The scroll ring's cheap plastic material makes a loud grinding noise and feels rough. It can be irritating during quiet hours at night.
I find the noise of the scroll wheel unpleasant as it produces a sandy plastic grinding sound with a gritty lag when it moves. It's even worse when it catches and stops on something inside the mouse body.
I can clearly hear loose, rattling internal components when I take out the ball and move it around, indicating a high noise level.
The computer-trackball is precise and can be adjusted according to my requirements through software changes.
