I can control the volume and bass level of my music, pause it, and make dinner without having to keep running back to the laptop/speakers like I used to.
My pc's volume knob only works when there is sound playing.
Logitech has not offered any driver or controller for these things. The sound quality is good, but the annoying issues are not worth the price tag.
The dial is not responsive and there are no notations on it. The icons on the packaging sticker get removed once you take that sticker off.

I can easily switch between Bluetooth and hard connectivity options and the setup is also easy.
I find the connectivity options very convenient and am using it with USB connectivity. I can also take full advantage of all its wireless control capabilities.
