At max volume, the speakers have no distortion.
The highs and mids are accurately represented and the sound quality is consistent between bluetooth and aux connection.
For some music, the bass does not come out of my speakers, while for other songs where the mixing was done more professionally, they sound much better.
The low end on these speakers distorts the mid range and the sound is semi-punchy and distorted.

I appreciate the wooden cabinets, removable speaker grills, and dedicated drivers for highs and mids/bass of these speakers.

I noticed that there are no controls for changing bass, highs, lows, etc.
I find the buttons on the top easy to control and navigate. The three buttons control volume increase and decrease, while the middle power button controls Bluetooth connection, powering on/off, and input switch.
I can only adjust the bass/treble on the speakers through my PC or phone as there are no controls on them.
There are about 100 steps to the volume level and it only goes up one at a time.

I linked the speakers to my iPhone via Bluetooth and they connected easily and worked great for that purpose.
These speakers can be used with almost any device, wired or wireless. The Bluetooth version on board is 5.0 making them a great option to connect to with a lot of modern devices, and if wireless is not your thing, just connect the cable to the 3.5mm jack on the speakers and the device you are outputting the sound from and you are good to go.
I can connect the speakers via an auxiliary 3.5 millimeter jack or via Bluetooth.
I can connect the speaker to a wide range of devices, including those that no longer have wired connectivity options.

I enjoy the nice amount of clean, honest bass from the speakers for the kind of music I listen to, but they are not suitable for electronic/rock music.
I noticed some bass distortion at high volume with my PC equalizer app set for heavy bass, but reducing the bass sliders eliminated that trouble.
