Overall Feedback:
66% positive
77% liked the rugged and durable build, while 23% found it flimsy
My mixes have significantly improved after using the product, despite some issues with Windows 10 support. I compared it with knock off plugins like Reaper.
I am satisfied with the build quality of the product and think it is appropriate for the price.
I gave 3 stars because of the way Amazon handled the packaging. The item was dropped in the box twice of its size without anything to fill emptiness.
69% found it compatible, but 31% experienced compatibility issues
I find that this interface helps me focus more on the music while producing and engineering hip hop. It takes care of many redundant technical aspects.
I spent an entire day trying to figure out compatibility issues while setting up the device.
I am disappointed that the product did not come with free plug-ins, considering its price.
69% appreciated the variety of connectivity, but 31% found them limited
This interface helps me focus more on the music while producing and engineering hip hop, as it takes care of many technical aspects.
I emphasize that low latency is crucial for the feel of the track, even a few milliseconds of lag can affect it.
I spent 4 hours troubleshooting on UA's page and YouTube tutorials due to connectivity issues with my computer-recording-audio-interfaces.
I am unable to connect the product without registration and registration is not possible.
Recording through 2 inputs and 8 ADAT lightpipe channels has been a positive experience with no noise. Unfortunately, WDM audio is not available and support availability has been frustrating.
Without the cable, this unit is useless.
76% liked the size and weight, but 24% found it heavy
I can add a touch of compression and De-Essers to my voice before touching the interface noise in my recording chain, which is next level for me without a huge physical outboard rack.
I have noticed that the case is designed as a heat sink and it gets physically hot to the touch.
76% praised for its crisp and clear sound, while 24% noticed some distortion
There's a massive difference in sound quality and I can't go back to the previous setting.
I am amazed at the quality of the device, especially the sound quality, build, and software.
The sound quality is decent but not better than my Scarlett 2i2, and it doesn't justify the heat.
69% found the user interface intuitive, but 31% found it confusing
I found the interface controls easy to operate and intuitive. The software was great, except for some issues with recording properly due to Windows issues.
This interface makes many things across the board so much better and more convenient, indicating my positive user experience with it.
The on-screen interface has tiny buttons and text and is not scalable.
My mixes have significantly improved after using the product, despite some issues with Windows 10 support. I compared it with knock off plugins like Reaper.
The device has great build quality and is made of metal. It can be dropped without breaking the internals. The knobs, buttons, and sockets still feel as good as new.
