Overall Feedback:
69% positive
75% liked the rugged and durable build, while 25% found it flimsy
I appreciate the device for its simplicity and lack of annoying features like constant software advertisements or attempts to open Chrome.
I returned the product due to lack of audio drivers and no support down the line, indicating poor build quality.
78% found it compatible, but 22% experienced compatibility issues
I received a device that was not compatible with my needs, but the seller sent me a free replacement.
I was surprised that the interface worked just as good as the Focusrite interface I was searching for. It was easy to set up and did a clean job recording. Plus, it was a great price for the product.
I returned the product because it had no audio drivers and no support down the line. From what I have seen and heard, it works fine on Windows 10 and Mac, but having no driver support means that weird issues that are not fixable will arise.
Connecting the device via USB to a computer is one of the noisiest things ever.
75% appreciated the variety of connectivity, but 25% found them limited
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interface worked just as well as the Focusrite interface I was searching for. It was easy to set up, did a clean job recording, and was a great price for the product.
I needed a device that the original one did not support, but the seller sent me a replacement free of charge, which shows excellent customer service.
My device's connectivity is noisy and goes out when plugged into a socket.
I returned the product due to the lack of audio drivers and support from the manufacturer.
77% praised for its crisp and clear sound, while 23% noticed some distortion
I was surprised by the quality of the product. It worked just as well as the Focusrite interface I was searching for and was easy to set up, recording cleanly.
The sound quality of the device was bad when I cranked up the volume to max and blasted my eardrums out.
Connecting the device via USB to a computer is extremely noisy.
83% found the user interface intuitive, but 17% found it confusing
My DAW detected and communicated with the interface automatically, without any hassle.
I returned the product because it has no audio drivers and no support down the line.
Connecting the device via USB to a computer is very noisy.
The interface feels solid with nice quality plastic knobs that have professional mixer-like resistance. The main frame is metal, but the large knob for controlling studio monitor output feels cheap.
I am very impressed with the interface. The build quality is good. The control software manages the firmware as well as general configuration, letting me see the input and output meters in one spot.
I believe the Wave XLR is the most competitive interface to come out in recent years.
