About Wilson Electronics 311125 Dual-Band Magnet Mount Antenna 800/1900 MHz Omni Directional
78% liked its adjustable features
This antenna is universal with other brands as long as it is the same size input.
After purchasing the product and the SMA adapter, I am now sporting 5 bars and have a doubling of up and down load times.
I now have a range of about 1000ft (line of sight) with the adjustability of my computer-networking-antennas.
With the bigger antenna, I can make calls where no one else has any service.
81% liked its compatibility with multiple devices, while 19% experienced connectivity issues
I have used this antenna with both an older Wilson Electronics 460108 Mobile 4G Signal Booster Kit and the weboost drive reach to improve reception compared to standard mini-mag stub antennas.
This antenna is compatible with the 800MHz P25 TRS with a scanner and provides clear reception with 3 bars.
I ordered two of these for my router to boost the signal range outside and it worked. Now I have a range of about 1000ft.
After adding the antenna and sticking it outside, my signal strength improved from 2 bars and -106db to -102db to 3 to 4 bars and -92db to -98db.

85% appreciated the durable and sturdy build, though 15% experienced hardware failure
The antenna magnets hold up well even in gusts nearly 100 mph.
I compared my current antennas with the Wilson Electronics 311125 Dual-Band Magnet Mount Antenna and found it to be more durable and provide better reception.
The antenna is attached to the roof with just a magnet and has stayed on even in bad weather, 85 mph driving, low tree limbs, etc. I love that I didnt have to get up there and screw it to anything and can move it around as I need to in the future.
The antenna snapped easily and completely severed between the base and the antenna.

87% found it easy to set up and install, while 13% encountered difficulties
I am very pleased with the ease of installation of this product. It took only 30 milliseconds to install.
The purchase was easy and simple, despite not being heavy duty. This indicates that the installation process was easy for me.
After installing the antenna, I realized that the tip was missing the cap.
87% liked the extended range and coverage
With the antenna, I can boost the signal range up to 1000ft.
We now only need one base station per floor as the antenna range has been extended.
After using the new antenna, my computer-networking-antenna's range and coverage has improved and now I have full bars.
After adding the antenna and sticking it outside, my signal strength improved from 2 bars and around -106db to -102db to 3 to 4 bars and from -92db to -98db.
88% praised for its strong signal strength, while 12% experienced dropped connections
I compared the signal strength of the antenna with the fin antenna and found that with this antenna, the signal strength improved to -80 to -90db, which is a great improvement from the -100db signal strength with the fin antenna.
On the Verizon network, I boosted the signal strength from around ~105dBm to ~85dBm, even through an extra 10' of SMA cable.
After using the new antenna, my signal strength has improved and I now have full bars as shown in the second screen shot.
There was no increase in signal strength.
