The built-in headphone jack is useless as it is set to maximum volume and there is no way to adjust the volume either on the device or via Windows software. Additionally, the microphone input is painfully loud and cannot be muted.
I had to increase the amplification by 8 times to match the other microphone, indicating that it may not be adjustable enough for some users.
