Overall Feedback:
77% positive
82% were impressed with the build quality, yet 18% weren't
I compared the build quality of JLab microphone with Blue Yeti X microphone. JLab microphone has a more plasticky build quality than the Yeti, but it is lighter if you are looking toward portability.
80% praised the sound quality, but 20% noticed background noise
The sound quality is good, but I have to speak up a bit even when talking directly into the microphone with the gain turned up.
I am disappointed with the sound quality of the microphone. It is awful compared to every other microphone I own, including a couple of really cheap generic ones.
75% liked the frequency range, however, 25% felt it lacking
When we configured both at 193KHz, we noticed a weird pulsing distortion in the reaper.
87% appreciated the directional pattern
I noticed that the microphone has multi-vocal direction options, including single user, two user, group, and room. This indicates that the microphone is capable of capturing sound from different directions and distances.

The selectable directional pickup improves isolating voice input and reduces background noise.
80% found the connectivity straightforward, while 20% struggled
When I connect the product to my iPad via OTG mode, it operates well. However, it frequently disconnects when linked to my Mac.
I faced a big issue with USB connectivity of the microphone. I could only get the microphone to connect via one USB port and then only when using a 3 cable I had on hand.
77% found the compatibility helpful, yet 23% encountered problems
When the microphone is compatible with my computer, it works great. However, when it's not compatible, it feels like a cheap 20 dollar microphone.
I faced compatibility issues with the microphone as it resulted in 'usb descriptor failed' and the led was red.
82% appreciated the adjustability
I have no issues adjusting the controls of the computer-microphone, indicating its good adjustability.
I can adjust the microphone according to the recording conditions and increase or decrease the gain/volume for desired results.

The sound quality is impressive and it beats two other microphones in terms of sound quality. Although I did not test it against any studio quality microphones, I was still impressed with how much fuller the sound was with this one.
I used the tablet for a zoom interactive lecture and it was a winner.
