The cable is slow and not good for data transfer or anything useful. It is most likely a cheap charging cable. I used it for a hard drive and it was slow. Then I used it for my camera and it was slow again. The only thing I can see this being slightly useful for is charging a phone. I advise not to buy it.
67% liked the sleek and modern design, but 33% found it unattractive or cheap-looking
In this current batch, the design of the cables has changed. The plastics and fit are different.
I returned the cable for a refund.
I noticed that the locking mechanism is weaker than previous generations and it does not fit snugly in some ports.
The charging cables in my phone port are loose fit and get pulled out easily.
I am disappointed with the Anker cable as I expected more from the brand since it was rated at 60w.
I am disappointed with the Anker cable as I expected more from the brand.
I noticed that the cables would disconnect with slight movement despite allowing for superfast charging.
75% liked the convenient length and flexibility, but 25% found it too short or stiff
I purchased the cables 2 months ago with the Anker 45w charger.
The cords I received are very short.
None of the cables stayed plugged into my Pixel phone or my wife's phone unless I got the angle just right and then set them on a table without touching them.
I received a misshapen box with two used charging cords that show visible wear and tear and are dirty and smudged.
I have many generic cheap type c cables that only allow for 25w charging, which is less than expected from the Anker brand. I would expect a lot more from the Anker brand especially when they rate the cable at 60w.
70% praised for its high-quality signal transmission, but 30% experienced signal degradation
After few months, the connection quality is poor and I have to wiggle or bend it to stop the rapid charging. It seems like poor quality cables.
The charging cables are not a tight fit in my phone port and the slightest bit of tension or the weight of the cable pulls it out.
One cable works perfectly, while the other one is unable to charge or transfer data from my phone due to poor connection.
68% praised for its high-quality signal transmission
