If you want to make ice in the freezer, set the temperature control at maximum cold; otherwise, the freezer won't get cold enough.
I had to set the fridge to 6 to get the bottom to 40F, but it made the top shelf too cold.

I am dissatisfied with the design and functionality of the fridge. The top part of the fridge is a sheet of metal that takes up room and pretends to be a freezer. It freezes up and leaks into the rest of the fridge. I have never been able to freeze anything in it.
The compartments on the door are poorly designed and items keep falling out.

The compact refrigerator is louder than standard full kitchen fridge/freezers of 20 and 15+ years old. It can be distracting during phone or video calls with an odd loose metal rattling sound intermittently.
When the compressor is running, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise, but it is silent when the cooling cycle is complete.
Initially, the noise level of the fridge was high and irritating, but I thought it was adjusting itself somehow. Later, I realized that the noise level was not as loud as I had initially thought, which would have been a problem for me.

I have complained about the inconsistent temperature control of the fridge and how the freezer box ices up constantly. Keeping the temperature control on 4 works alright, but it warms up quickly if I open it too many times and takes a while to cool back down again.
