It took about an hour for me to reach the proper temperature in the refrigerator before I could put the medicine in. It snaps back to a good temperature quickly when opening and closing the door.

I have a compact-refrigerator with 3 shelves. I can store multiple cold rollers on the top 2 shelves and place a small bowl with wet 4x4 cotton to chill for peel removal. Additionally, I can fit about 4 cold towels in the bottom shelf for peel removal.
Even after removing the bottom shelf, I have to tilt a 16.9 oz bottle of water a lot as it won't stand upright.
