The 3000K 4 foot product is lightweight and puts out a nice, bright, warm light. It makes my home office feel more inviting and has a positive impact on my productivity compared to the 5000K fixtures I had prior.

I changed the wire running to the middle of the light in the back plate to come out the side using a gland.
