The lights are super bright and it's difficult to look up without seeing spots for more than 2 minutes.
I was surprised by how much brighter it was than the other light. It was so bright that you couldn't even notice when the first light was unplugged.

It is easy to install the product whether using the plug or wiring them in.
I chose the 150w fixtures because they had the standard 110v plug types which made installation go quickly.
