The cards are not paper-like or flimsy.
I found that none of the packs had foil or reverse cards and one appeared to be opened and resealed.
I noticed a tear in the 5th pack and the 6th pack looked off.
I noticed that the cards were facing backwards in the pack, which was the first clue that the booster packs had been tampered with.

I was dissatisfied with the booster packs. They were absolute garbage and I felt like I could have spent the money on promo boxes or something where I would get at least 1 good hit.

When I opened the packaging, all the packs were opened, and a full pack was missing along with 2 cards from the remaining packs.
In the box of 40 cards, 17 were fire energy cards and they were not mixed up. The remaining 23 cards had three sets of pairs and one group of triplets.
The card art is nice and the main set celebrates Legendary Pokemon.
