I recommend using lysine cream and capsules for cold sores. Other treatments like ice cubes, vasoline, abreeva, alcohol, or any other stuff out there that is promoted as a miracle cure did not work for me. The virus simply doesn't like lysine, so it goes back into remission fast.
After using this product, my lips don't swell as much and turn a light amber color instead of bright white. It also cuts my healing time and pain in half, and subsides my anxiety.

I have been using this product for cold sores and it works for me. If I use this product after getting a cold sore or at the first sign of a tingle, my lip doesn't swell half the size and it goes on a light amber color, not bright white. My healing time is cut in half, my pain is cut in half and most importantly, my anxiety is subsided.
