I found that the product numbed the pain and the canker sore got much smaller within two days and healed completely soon after.

I am considering asking for a refund because the product listing does not match the product. I should not be forced to pay for a product that is so dramatically different than what I received previously. This should legitimately be a different product listing entirely. It is not the same product anymore.

The current product is a super-thin clear semi-rigid plastic-like patch with mild adhesive. It doesn't bond effectively with the edge of my tongue like the previous product did, making it difficult to use and it doesn't stay in place long enough.
If the sore is on or under my tongue, the patch is unlikely to hold for long, but it has a fighting chance if it's between my gums and cheeks. Eating or chewing while the patch is on may affect its effectiveness.
