I have given instructions on how to use the product effectively. It should be applied at the first tingle and rubbed in gently with a Q-tip to prevent contamination to other body parts. I recommend applying it every hour until all signs of a breakout are gone.
I have never used anything better than this for getting rid of a fever blister or cold sore. It helps with the pain and heals quickly.
