I found these cold packs to be a postpartum staple and loved them. If you're worried about postpartum pain, you should buy these and keep them on hand at all times.
The cold packs provide tons of relief while frozen and are fairly comfortable when lying/sitting down since they are solid stiff blocks, although they thaw somewhat quickly.
