Coffee snobs say you can't make decent coffee in your own home. Brewer takes its sweet time, so it's naturally fruity, some say sublime A brewing machine that takes a long time gives the water the best chance possible of soaking up as much coffee-flavored happiness as possible. Coldwater over a long time has the added advantage of producing brewed water that can be diluted to make it go two or three times further. That means twice (or even thrice) as much fun - my life changed when I discovered proper coffee in Colombia I wanted to recreate it but the tools on offer weren't good enough.
