The cleaning process is easy and effective.
I used to use a cleaner for all makes before and a few cleanings before, the clean button didn't stop flashing. I thought it was a malfunction. I ordered the Braun cleaner and read some reviews and came across 1 that had the same problem as mine, the clean button kept on flashing. So I used the Braun cleaner and along with cleaning my machine, the clean button stopped flashing. There was another review with the same outcome. I ordered it thinking I hope this works. The water was cloudy and the clean button STOPPED flashing. I was like WOW, it actually worked and it cleaned my machine better than the one I used to order. Thus, I can say that this coffee-espresso-machine-cleaning-products is easy to use.
