I found the product easy to use and it improved the taste of my coffee and water flow.
I found the instructions easy to follow and the coffee tastes smooth after using it.
I used the first pod and found the water looking like beer and it was disgusting but it worked great. I ran one more pod to be safe and had nearly clear water. Then several cycles of just water and it was crystal clear. I wish I had done this much sooner but I will always keep these to use regularly now. I recommend it and it is cheaper than others.
I love the product and will continue to use it.

I am amazed with the effectiveness of Grand Cafe's coffee-espresso-machine-cleaning-products. I compared it with Keurig brand cleaner product and found it better. After using the Grand Cafe cleaner pods, I found some white granules coming out of my supposedly clean Keurig.
The product improved the taste of my coffee, water flow, and was easy to use and effective.
After using the cleaning product, I noticed a lot of oily crud coming out of my Keurig machine. The taste of my coffee improved after using it for two weeks in a row.
I experienced better flow through the nozzles and the product seemed to work.

I was amazed to see what came out of my Keurig after cleaning it with a new brand of coffee cleaner pods. I had to open one of the kcup cleaners just to make sure there was no coffee in it. It was white granules. Look at what came out even after cleaning it...I'm sold on these cleaning pods!
After using the cleaning product for two weeks in a row, I have noticed a significant improvement in the taste of my coffee. I am happy with the results.
I ran the product with only water and no pod as instructed in the second step about 6 times until the water came out completely clear.
The cleaning pods leave the machine squeaky clean by removing built up residue from internal parts.
