The assembly process was relatively easy and quick, taking about 40 minutes to complete. Some of the holes/pipes were not the same size so it took a little more force to get them in, but I used the wooden mallet provided to help pound the poles in and most of them went in pretty easily.
I assembled it in just 10 minutes.
