I subjected the rope to a lot of force and it never made a sound, barely stretched at all and has been dragged on the ground since with very little abrasive damage.
I have experience with rope and have spent a lot on it. This is the worst rope I have ever seen. It cannot be coiled properly for storage, stowage or throwing.
The line looked great but disintegrated in less than 6 months when exposed to sunlight while hanging boat fenders.
