Fluffing the tree to my liking took me 2 hours, but I found the assembly super easy for one person.
I found it easy to assemble, although the manufacturer recommended 2 hours for fluffing. I spent 4-6 hours on it, but it was worth it as I got my favorite drink and started from the bottom. I fluffed it over one evening and decorated it the next day.
