This carrier is comfortable and soft for both me and the baby. It is snug and secure, allowing me to hold the baby without using my hands. The carrier is light enough for me to comfort the baby by rubbing or patting their back. It evenly spreads the weight across my upper back and shoulders, making it incredibly comfortable for long periods of time. It's the only way I can carry my 15 lb baby comfortably, even more comfortable than holding her in my arms without a carrier.
