The heat control of my grill works amazingly well. I made a fabulous five rib standing rib roast on it. The temperature is easily controlled by adjusting air inlets under and over the cooking surface.

I needed to move the grill frequently from a garage to a patio, so portability was important to me. However, I am disappointed with the grill as it has no handle to move it and the wheels are set too wide to fit through a 30 door.
