I have found that the product retains temperature well, saving both charcoal and money.
Once I got used to it, temperature control was easy and I maintained the temperature at 225-230 for 3 hours while grilling ribs.

I faced issues while assembling the grill. The porcelain layer broke into small pieces and caused itching and burning on my arm. The cover did not align correctly with the lower body and one of the exterior side Ash Tray Tabs was missing, resulting in the ash tray not closing airtight and heat escaping through it.
