I was surprised by the power of the 2-battery 36V configuration. It can cut through a 10-inch branch in 10-15 seconds.
I noticed that the chainsaw lacks power when used on bigger limbs (10-12”), and it started flashing the battery lights, indicating overheat/overload.

I upgraded the chain after a year when it was too dull, as I could not find a reputable chain blade company that did multiple pack orders.
The chain saw's chain to sprocket configuration is poorly designed. Even with proper adjustments, the chain blows off when caulked or twisted, causing the drive gear to destroy the inside of the chain.
