About Oregon R56 AdvanceCut Chainsaw Chain
Overall Feedback:
95% positive
89% praised the build quality
I am amazed by the quality of the chain. It's a beast! Although not easy to install, it significantly reduces the time it takes for the saw to cut through a log and reduces kickback.
I processed a cord of wood with the super sharp chain without much sign of dulling.
The blade has a good balance between aggressive and control while cutting and comes sharp.
The chain is much better.
96% praised the high-quality chain, while 4% found it broke easily
The chain quality is much better.
The chain significantly reduces the time it takes to cut through a log with less kickback, but it's not the easiest to install.
I have been happy with the Oregon 16-inch cutting chains all along.
I am not sure if the chain going dull quickly is normal for chains or if it is because of the type of wood or my usage causing it. It is my first chainsaw.
I keep the chains oiled while using them and have no issues with their longevity.
The installation was not easy, but now I can cut through logs faster with less kickback.
I suggest learning how to properly sharpen the chainsaw chain and level down the safety links to maintain the accessories, which will keep me safer and maintain the correct speed.
I expected a better chain to improve the performance of my chainsaw since it has good power and there is a noticeable improvement.
74% were satisfied with the safety features, but 26% weren't
Our chains have safety features and are the first line of defense against storm-related debris.
I have not mentioned any safety features of the chainsaw-accessories.
88% found the weight to be ideal
I have been using Oregon 16-inch cutting chains as replacements for my Poulan electric chain saw for years and I am happy with them. I keep them oiled when using them and have no issues with how long they last. Based on my experience, I have no complaints regarding the weight of the chainsaw accessories. This review expresses positive feedback from me with respect to the feature: weight of chainsaw-accessories.
69% liked the optimal bar length
The chain is a beast, significantly reducing the time it takes to cut through a log with less kickback. It's not the easiest to install.
82% liked the handle design
Installing the chain is not the easiest, but it significantly reduces sawing time and kickback.
84% liked the portability
I did not mention the portability of the chainsaw-accessories.
I am amazed by the quality of the chain. It's a beast! Although not easy to install, it significantly reduces the time it takes for the saw to cut through a log and reduces kickback.
I have noticed that the chains pop off the bar almost every other cut and kink up a link, which requires throwing away the chain. This is a negative feedback regarding the bar length feature of the chainsaw accessories.
I ordered this chain as a replacement for my Black & Decker 18-Volt Cordless Pole Chain Saw, 8-Inch Bar #NPP2018 and it worked for me.
