The juicer did not fully process the leafy greens and whole leaves were left on the compost part. I wonder if it's defective.

I find the machine very easy to use. It's a straightforward process of plugging it in, putting the juice container under the spout, putting fruits/veggies in the feed and pressing them down with the plastic pusher.

I found it easy to clean the juicer, with most parts rinsing off easily, except for the grinder unit which required some scrubbing to remove food particles.
